The Lost Contact (1981)

We did not always have a lot of money when we first married. Terri and I were often looking for ways to avoid spending money...

Terri was cleaning her contacts at the sink in the bathroom one day. Kris was in an infant stroller and managed grab the contact cleaning case off the sink area. He proceeded to open the case and eat one of the contacts. About that time, Terri entered the room and surmised what he had accomplished.

She did not want to buy new contact lenses, so she began an intense search of Kris's fecal material in hopes of recovering the lost lens. The next day her search proved fruitful and the lost contact was recovered. She returned it to the case for a good cleaning and then began to wear the lens again!
